Cancellation Policy

After booking I will email to arrange a free initial chat lasting 15 minutes no obligation call to make sure we are a good match. After we will secure the booking. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for single sessions or course blocks is required before your first session takes place Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or via website Prices quoted are fixed for sessions agreed If you need to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please ask, I am happy to be flexible where I can. CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING Reschedule for free: Give me at least 48 hours notice and we can move your session to another time Cancellations with 48 plus hours notice: Full refund, or credit to use for another session. Cancellations with less then 48 hour notice: The session will be counted as used, or no refund given. No Show: If you dint arrive or let me know, the session will be counted as used. If I need to change things: I will give you as much notice as possible, rearrange for free, or offer a full refund. BOOKING RULES: All sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your first booking date, just ask if you need an extension. Bookings are personal to you, they cannot be transferred to another person. I reserve the right decline or end bookings if boundaries are not respected. Sessions are 60 minutes long, I will end on time to respect other clients, but we can agree to extra time beforehand if needed.
