5. Accessible and person‑centred practice

We adapt our work using plain English, flexible sessions, and format variety to ensure accessibility and inclusion for all participants.

6. Respecting identity and lived experience

We use preferred names and pronouns, avoiding assumptions about identity or culture, and recognizing the impact of marginalization on wellbeing.

7. Working with organisations and professionals

We collaborate with schools and health services, expecting partners to uphold respect and fairness. We raise safeguarding concerns when necessary.

8. Behaviour that is not acceptable

We do not accept abusive, racist, or discriminatory behavior. We challenge such actions and may end sessions to maintain safety.

9. Learning, reflection and improvement

Equality is an ongoing commitment. We regularly reflect on our practice and seek feedback to improve accessibility and inclusivity.
